Dr. Edgardo Hinojosa, MVZ (DVM)
Born in Torreon, Coah., Mexico, Dr. Edgardo Hinojosa has long dreamed of opening his own veterinary practice and is happy to do so here in Green Valley Ranch. Dr. Hinojosa earned his veterinary degree in Mexico and then completed a rigorous process to become licensed as a veterinarian in the United States. Part of that process included completing the final, hands-on year of veterinary school at the University of Wisconsin School of Veterinary Medicine in Madison. Dr. Hinojosa has been practicing in the United States for more than 10 years. Dr. Hinojosa loves all animals, especially his dogs Chamo and Dulce. He and his wife, Jennifer, have three boys. Dr. Hinojosa loves to play soccer, cook, hike, ski and enjoy the outdoors.

Donna Vance, Veterinary Technician
Born and raised in Colorado, Donna graduated from Community College of Denver with a degree in Applied Science as a veterinary technician. Donna earned her degree in 2011, but her love of animals has been life-long. She is pictured here with her 25-year-old horse Kastana Angel and dogs Boo, Ellie Mae, Wren and Echo (left to right). She and her husband also have two cats, Kiki and Sissy, eight ducks and 16 chickens. Donna loves the outdoors and horseback riding. She trained her four German short-haired pointers and enjoys taking them pheasant hunting in the fall and watching their amazing skills. "I learn so much from our clients about the breeds they own and the special talents of each breed. I love our clients!"

Laurie Chance, Groomer
Laurie has been grooming pets for more than 13 years. She received her training at PetSmart Grooming School. Before she became a groomer, Laurie worked with and trained horses and also did horse rescue. She also volunteered with the Humane Society, fostering and adopting out dogs. "I enjoy working with animals and making them look good," Laurie says. When she's not grooming pets, Laurie likes to play basketball, hike and travel. Laurie has four dogs named Monkey, Addy, Rodney and Jacob.
